The Cooper Cameron Valves complex in Little Rock, Ark., consists of a tilt up office building and 130,000 square foot production building. Time and exposure to the elements left the buildings' control joints and exterior panel finish in poor condition. In some cases, the sealant was missing and one could actually see through the wall.

Western Waterproofing was hired to address the exterior needs. The buildings were pressure washed with water. The old sealants in the joints were removed and replaced. Finally, two coats of an elastomeric coating were applied to the wall panels.
