The parking deck at Omaha's Lincoln Financial Center is exposed to harsh Nebraska winters and road salt. Both conditions contributed to the deck's concrete deterioration problems. Western Waterproofing was called in to assess the deck and make repairs.

Western addressed several issues. Deteriorated concrete was identified, removed and replaced. Failed sealant was replaced and areas of the expansion joint were repaired. To protect the concrete against future moisture and chloride intrusion, a waterproofing membrane was applied to the parking garage.
